Alma Besserdin is a Founder and Director of Wimmigrants. Being a professional woman immigrant, who had to deal with challenges of immigration herself, has inspired her to establish  Wimmigrants.

Her vision is to help other professional women immigrants (Wimmigrants  ) achieve their career aspirations and become leaders in their workplace and community.

She is passionate in improving gender equality, inclusion and diversity, and she helps organisations increase their productivity by maximising diversity and create a culture of innovation and engagement  from inside out.

Alma is a great combination of mentor, leadership and career coach, an experienced business professional and entrepreneur and has the proven knowledge, expertise and wisdom to help you achieve your desired goals.

Alma is a Board Director,  with an extensive corporate career in HR  & Business Transformation.

She is a mentor and a State Councilor at the AHRI and a mentor at the RMIT Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program.

Alma is an Australia Day Ambassador.
